In this episode of Psychedelica Lex, I review Ken Starr’s new book, “Religious Liberty in Crisis.”
Ken Starr is a former US Solicitor General and scholar of First Amendment and religion. His book, published in April 2021, is a survey of the most important United States Supreme Court religion cases of the last century. It is written to be accessible to lawyers and non-lawyers alike. My review concludes with Ken Starr answering a Q&A I posed to him regarding psychedelic religions. I was both surprised and encouraged by his response.
