Charles Carreon was supposed to participate, so we could discuss comparisons and analysis of the various psychedelic sacramental cases pending in federal court – there are THREE – but Charles had a last minute scheduling conflict. [Don’t worry, we are rescheduling with Charles.] So, Greg, Ian and I chatted for roughly 90 minutes on a variety of legal issues in the world of psychedelics, including touching upon the three sacrament cases.
