Chacruna has graced me once again, by publishing another of my articles. In December 2020, the United States Supreme Court issued its decision in Tanzin v. Tanvir, 592 U.S. ___ (2020). The case confirms that psychedelic religions have an additional tool to fight government discrimination, namely the ability to sue government agents for money damages.
